After a miserable spring, the sun came back and we were able to head outside to capture this one year old beauty! She turned one the day before our session, and was full of smiles for me. What a sweet-natured little girl! A real treat for me… So, happy birthday, lovely girl. I wish you a second year filled with lots of happiness and laughter!

Presenting little baby T… just 8 days old! What a privilege to be able to capture the very beginnings of this little boy’s life. Although he was feeling uncomfortable due to colic, what a cutie pie! Thank you for inviting me into your home and sharing your precious baby with me!

Newborn sessions take longer than any other of my sessions, as you certainly can’t rush a baby around. Time for feeding, diaper changing, and snuggling just are part of it. And often, babies are on their own schedule and it just takes time for them to fall into that deep sleep that allows the photographer to position them “just so.” It was certainly the case with this little beauty and it took her a looong time to fall asleep. Her parents and I had to patiently wait for that moment, but wasn’t it worth it? These photos just make me melt and confirm that I have the best job in the world!
