Newborn sessions take longer than any other of my sessions, as you certainly can’t rush a baby around. Time for feeding, diaper changing, and snuggling just are part of it. And often, babies are on their own schedule and it just takes time for them to fall into that deep sleep that allows the photographer to position them “just so.” It was certainly the case with this little beauty and it took her a looong time to fall asleep. Her parents and I had to patiently wait for that moment, but wasn’t it worth it? These photos just make me melt and confirm that I have the best job in the world!
